I am a healthy person. I get a lot of anti-oxidants in my diet.
How much? Like, a lot!
Green tea, acai berries, potatoes… Pretty much everything I eat is an anti-oxidant.
My concern is, am I getting enough oxidants (I think they might be called free radicals?) to counter all these anti-oxidants? Am I in danger of dying from a surfeit of oxidants in my diet?
